Job Requirement

1. To be responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service to the Director in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the office and division.
2. To organize and attend quarter & monthly meetings and ensure the material is well prepared.
3. To assist company event including branches opening, launching event & etc.
4. To apply license with authority (whenever required), monitor and review all the licenses.
5. To plan for Yearly Management Calendar for meeting, budget setting etc. and send to all HODs once confirmed.
